BARISTA'S BREW WISDOM

  1. Use a fine grind, but not as fine as espresso.
  2. Fill the basket with coffee without tamping.
  3. Use low to medium heat to avoid burning the coffee.
  4. Take the Moka Pot off the heat just before it finishes to avoid a bitter taste.
  5. Ensure your Moka Pot is clean for the next use to maintain flavor quality.
  • 1. Fill the Chamber

    Add hot water to the lower part of the Moka Pot, up to just below the safety valve.

  • 2. Add Coffee

    Fill the filter basket with fine ground coffee without tamping it down.

  • 3. Assemble the Moka Pot

    Place the filter with coffee into the base and screw the top part on tightly.

  • 4. Heat

    Place the Moka Pot on the stove over medium-low heat.

  • 5. Monitor the Extraction

    When the coffee starts to come out, reduce the heat. Remove from the stove just before the brewing process is complete.

  • 6. Serve Immediately

    Pour the coffee into cups and enjoy.
